A Brain Teaser

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 oz cream

 

Shake everything with ice and pour into glass with a couple of ice cubes


 

A Day at the Beach

1 oz coconut rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
4 oz orange juice
1/2 oz grenadine syrup

 

Shake rum, amaretto, and orange juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Add grenadine and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a strawberry.

1 splash dark rum
1 1/2 oz DeKuyper® Raspberry Pucker schnapps
1 1/2 oz strawberry vodka
3 - 4 oz 7-Up® soda
3 - 4 oz cranberry juice

 

Add strawberry vodka and raspberry pucker, then fill half way with cranberry juice. Fill the rest with 7-up and float a splash of dark rum on top.



A Monkey's Rum Martini

1/2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 oz banana liqueur
1 1/2 oz Myer's® dark rum
1/2 oz cream
shredded coconut

 

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Garnish rim of glass with shredded coconut. Strain into glass and serve.


 

A Southern Screw

2 oz vodka
2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
6 oz Sunny Delight® orange juice
ice

 

Pour over ice, stir and serve.



Amaretto Heartwarmer

2 oz Southern Comfort® peach liqueur
1 oz dry vermouth
1 oz amaretto almond liqueur
2 unsalted almonds
1 crushed peach kernel
1/2 tsp sugar

 

Warm the southern comfort and add the almonds, peach and sugar. Stir. Allow to cool and add the vermouth and amaretto. Stir again and strain over ice into an old-fashioned glass.



Amaretto Seduction

1 - 2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 oz triple sec
2 oz lemon-lime soda
1 oz peach schnapps
2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 cup ice


Combine all ingredients together in a blender, with/without ice. Blend well, pour over ice (if not already used) in a hurricane glass and serve.



Appetizer

3 oz Dubonnet® Rouge vermouth
1 oz fresh orange juice

 

Pour the Dubonnet and orange juice into a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.



Appian Way

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Strega® herbal liqueur
1 slice orange


Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the glass. Garnish with an orange slice.



Barbed Wire

3 oz vodka
1/2 tsp sweet vermouth
1/2 tsp Pernod® licorice liqueur
1/2 tsp Chambord® raspberry liqueur

 

Shake with cracked ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
